Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Other Matters
We usually won't offer returns or exchanges if you've accidentally ordered the wrong item, as this would adversely impact other customers by having to price in lots of exchanges from folks who abuse that policy for things they want to try on or use once and return. To keep prices fair, we ask that customers carefully refer to the sizing charts on our product pages and reach out to us if they have any questions before placing an order. With that said, if you feel you have an extenuating circumstance or something you'd like considered, please reach out to us at HillStreetHoodies@gmail.com

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do right by our customers, and we want to make sure you'd like to do business with us again. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you'd like to chat about an issue of concern to you.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
